OUR CLASSES

    Vinyasa

    A quick paced vinyasa yoga practice built to get your heart pumping and body moving. We flow. We balance. We may do some core. We offer modifications for the beginner student and options to amplify your practice for the more advanced yogi. Arm balances and inversions are offered but never required. All classes end in a surrender series and savasana. Our hot vinyasa classes are set to 95-98 degrees.

    Sculpt

    Our Sculpt class is a dynamic fusion of traditional vinyasa and strength training designed to build lean muscle and challenge you in new ways. This class is athletic and challenging — without chaos, confusion, or burnout. Lunge, squat, lift, repeat, then melt into your mat for yoga style stretching and savasana. Our Hot Sculpt classes are set to 90-95 degrees.

  • Yin / Restorative

    This class is designed to support deep rest, release, and relaxation. Through long, slow, and supported floor-based poses, a yin practice gently opens the body, calms the mind, and encourages the nervous system to shift into a restful, restorative state.

    Slow Flow

    Our most gentle yoga class. This class is a little slow, a little flow, and a sprinkle of yin. You can expect slow,  fluid intuitive movement, ending class with long, slow, deep , supported stretches allowing your body to invite you in. This class has everything but the power and is appropriate for all levels.

    Yoga for Teens

    Join us this January for 6 weeks of movement and mindfulness designed to help teens build confidence, find calm, and explore a deeper sense of self.

few quick reminders to help keep our classes flowing:

Please silence and put away your cell phone before class begins. Arrive on time so we can all settle in together, and remember to bring your own mat.

If you need to cancel, please do so at least four hours before class to avoid penalties.

Unlimited Members: Late cancels or no-shows will incur a $32 fee.

Class Pack Holders & Drop-Ins: Late cancels or missed classes will result in the class being deducted from your pack or counted as used.

Weather Policy: Class decisions are based on actual road conditions, not school delays or forecasts. If we choose to hold class, our standard cancellation policy applies. We’ll always communicate any studio closures by email as early as possible.
