Join us Saturday, April 11th at 9:30am for a special Weekend Showcase—a chance to try something new and get a feel for what’s coming to the schedule. Expect strength work, intentional movement, and that signature drenched by the end energy you already know and love.
Even better? Jillian officially joins the weekly lineup starting next week at a brand new time: Wednesdays at 3:30pm.

This is for the students who love the work—but not the heat.
Our 6-week No Heat Spring Series is a small-group program designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay consistent.
With just 6–8 participants, this format allows for more personalized attention, intentional pacing, and a deeper connection to your practice—without the intensity of a heated room.
Expect a thoughtful blend of strength, mobility, and steady flow, built to support your body and help you see real progress over the 6 weeks.

Yoga for Kids Pop Up(s)

Time: 2PM-3PM
This special pop-up class offers kids a fun and engaging hour of movement, mindfulness, and play.
Led by Michelle, 2024 & 2025 “Best of Westchester”, this class is the perfect way for your child to move, reset, and connect—with themselves and others.

POP-UP Breathwork with Eliza Kane
Tuesday, 4/21 at 7PM
Breathwork is an active mediation that is particularly helpful for the very active minds of today. Using a gentle rhythmic breathing pattern, you will be guided to release tension, stress and anxiety from your nervous system.
This practice is done laying down with the accompaniment of music. Once learned, breathwork can become a great activity to do with your children and as a family.

Yoga for Teens (+ PreTeens) 6 Week Spring Program
We’re beyond excited to bring back our Yoga for Teens Program, starting Sunday April 12th at 3:30PM
We'll meet on the following Sundays, skipping Mother's Day and Memorial Day weekend: April 12th, 19th, 26th, May 3rd, 17th, 31st and June 7th will be held for a make-up.
