Yogi Etiquette and FAQ’s
What should I bring to class?
1
Just the essentials: A yoga mat & water. We keep it simple so you can focus on moving, breathing, and feeling good. (We do have mats available for purchase if you need one! And to rent if you forget!)
When should I arrive?
2
We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to get settled. Once class starts, doors close so everyone can drop in without distraction.
Can I bring my phone into class?
3
We kindly ask that phones stay outside the studio room (even on silent). This is your hour to unplug, your nervous system will thank you.
What’s your cancellation policy?
4
We have a 4-hour cancellation policy to help us plan accurately and take care of our teachers.
Here’s how it works:
Unlimited Members: Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $32 late fee
Class Pack Holders & Drop-Ins: Late cancellations or missed classes will result in the session being deducted from your pack or counted as used
Life happens — we get it. Just cancel in time when you can
What about the SNOW?
5
We know weather can be unpredictable.
Our class decisions are based on actual road conditions, not school delays.
If we cancel class, you’ll be fully credited
If we decide to hold class, our standard cancellation policy applies
We’ll always communicate clearly and as early as possible.
Where do I park?
6
If the spots in our parking lot are full, please park next door at Bacios Restaurant.
