Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa is the alignment of movement with breath. Your teachers will take you through a creative sequence of postures and you’ll move to the beat of your own breath. At Second Wind, we take this seriously... but we also like to keep it fun. We start slow, we end slow, and everything in between feels like a wee bit of a dance. It’s all about fluid, repetitive movement that gets your heart pumping and muscles working.

Yoga Sculpt
Yoga Sculpt combines the best of both worlds: the flow of yoga and the strength of strength training. This high-energy class incorporates yoga postures with weight resistance to sculpt, tone, and challenge your entire body. Expect heart-pumping cardio, targeted strength work, and flexibility—all while syncing breath with movement. Low impact options are always offered. Our heated classes are 90-95 degrees.
